On Tuesday, March 24, our 8th grade band—along with a select group of 7th graders—performed three pieces for a panel of distinguished judges at the District VIII Large Ensemble Assessment. Their hard work paid off in a big way…they earned superior ratings and brought home a sweepstakes trophy!🏆
We’re so proud of these students and the dedication they’ve shown all year. Now it’s time to keep the momentum going!

On Friday, March 27, our BMS Choir students performed three songs from memory and earned a SUPERIOR rating from the judges!👏
They also took on sightreading—learning and performing brand new music on the spot during a timed session—as part of their overall score.
These students showed up, gave it their all, and represented BMS with true Tiger pride!
